Year 6 - Exploring Polar Regions

Year 6 have been working incredibly hard exploring Frozen Kingdoms. They have compared how day and night are different in the Arctic and Antarctic to each other, as well as the rest of the world. They then went on to explore polar oceans and again compared them to the World's other oceans. Today, they then explored polar landscapes and explored similarities and differences between the features and evaluated why life may not be-able to exist on some landscapes. 

In upcoming weeks, we will be exploring tourism, polar animals, climate change and natural resources. Well done Year 6!
