A Viking exploration!

This week we have been discovering all sorts of new information about the Vikings, in reading comprehension. From what their homes looked like, their beliefs and where they originated from and travelled to, we've discovered so much!

It was incredibly useful to show just how far and wide the Vikings travelled between 800 and 1100AD, and the children made excellent links with their Ancient Civilisations history topic as to why people may settle in specific locations.
